Is this trading advice?
No. Levels by MNA Research provides impersonal market-structure analytics, calculations, and visualizations. We do not tell you what to buy or sell, when to enter or exit, or how large a position to take. A displayed level, wall, zone, expected move, charm value, or other analytic is not a recommendation or trading signal.
What markets do you cover?
The current product is designed around SPX and SPY options, including 0DTE and weekly options. Features may vary by symbol, tier, and product. The checkout page and product page describe what is currently included in a subscription.
How is the service delivered?
Levels by MNA Research is a web app. After you subscribe and sign in, your page is available in your browser right away: the Levels Chart + GBS, the Modeled Session, or both, depending on your plan. There is nothing to install and no third-party account to link.
How often is the data updated?
The live chart and GBS refresh about every 60 seconds during the session, and the Modeled Session updates through the day. Outside market hours you see the most recent session. Displayed refresh rates are operational targets, not guarantees; exchange, market-data, network or system issues can delay an update.
What is the Modeled Session?
Our quantified, research-driven models place levels for the session and mark the events as price meets them, with a replay. We use AI to help quantify parts of our models and research. Its output is an estimate: it can be wrong, incomplete or delayed, and it does not predict future price behavior.
What is GBS?
Levels Chart + GBS is a separate web app: a live price chart with the dealer levels drawn on it, plus the gamma-by-strike (GBS) dashboard. GBS refreshes about every 60 seconds from the live options chain.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You may cancel through the account billing portal or another cancellation method we make available. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and ordinarily leaves access active through the end of the current paid period.
Do you offer refunds?
Except where required by law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable after the paid period begins. We may issue a full or partial refund or service credit for a duplicate or erroneous charge or for a significant, sustained outage attributable to us that materially prevents access. Contact support within 14 days of the charge so we can review the request. See the Terms of Service for the controlling billing terms.
Where does the data come from?
We use licensed market data from multiple sources. Options-chain inputs are derived from OPRA options data obtained through a licensed commercial market-data vendor. MNA Research then independently computes the gamma exposure, dealer-positioning levels, expected-move bands, charm, delta, implied-volatility analytics, and related market-structure outputs displayed in the Service.
These derived analytics are MNA Research calculations and are not OPRA, Cboe, exchange, or S&P Dow Jones Indices calculations or recommendations.
Upstream market data and calculated outputs may be delayed, stale, incomplete, frozen, revised, unavailable, or incorrect even when automated validation checks are used. You should not use the Service as your sole source for market prices, quotes, execution information, or risk management.
Can I share screenshots, data, or my login?
Not unless we expressly permit it. A standard subscription is for one individual. Sharing credentials, redistributing subscriber-only data, republishing outputs, scraping the dashboard, or commercially exploiting subscriber-only content is prohibited by the Terms of Service.
Is 0DTE trading risky?
Yes. 0DTE options can change value extremely quickly because there is almost no time remaining to expiration. Time decay can be severe, gamma can change rapidly, and liquidity or spreads can change quickly. A position can lose most or all of its value in a short period. Certain options strategies can create losses greater than the amount initially invested.
Financial and Market Risk Disclaimer
MNA Research LLC is not registered as an investment adviser or broker-dealer. Levels by MNA Research is an impersonal market-data analytics and visualization service. Nothing published through the website, charts, the Modeled Session, GBS dashboard, email, support communications, screenshots, replays, or case studies is personalized investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation or signal to buy, sell, hold, enter, exit, or size any security, option, strategy, or financial position.
Market-structure labels such as walls, flips, zones, targets, expected moves, support, resistance, dealer positioning, gamma, charm, delta, or similar terms are analytical descriptions or reference points. They do not predict or guarantee future price behavior and do not mean that price will reach, hold, reverse at, or react to a displayed value.
Options-chain inputs are derived from OPRA options data obtained through a licensed commercial market-data vendor. MNA Research independently computes the derived analytics displayed in the Service; they are not calculations, recommendations, or endorsements of OPRA, Cboe, S&P Dow Jones Indices, any securities exchange, or any upstream market-data provider.
Market data and derived analytics may be delayed, stale, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, frozen, revised, or affected by third-party outages or calculation errors. Publication schedules and dashboard refresh intervals are not guaranteed. Independently verify information that is material to a trading decision.
Trading securities and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. 0DTE options involve amplified time-decay and gamma risk and can lose most or all of their value within minutes. Past examples, screenshots, historical level interactions, and case studies do not predict future results and may not be representative of other sessions.
